The Golf Course

The scheduled opening day of the golf course for the 2025 season is Wedneday, April 30th. At the start of the season, tee times begin daily at 8:00am.

Friday, Weekend and Holiday tee time booking remains the same; operating under a lottery system and requests may be made up to one month in advance.

Please contact the Golf Shop in person or by phone at 519.599.9949 ext 232 or via email at [email protected] to book your tee times or put in your lottery request. Members will receive an email confirmation for all tee times once booked on the tee sheet and once the lottery is run.
 

Golf Shop

The Golf Shop is open daily from 30 minutes before the first tee time to the earlier of 8:00pm or sunset.

The Golf Shop team is pleased to announce the return of some familiar faces from last season and prior, as well as introduce some  new additions. Lead by Greg Colekessian, Head Golf Professional, the 2025 Golf Shop team will consist of Golf Shop Manager David Circelli, Merchandise Manager Angie Schweishelm, Tournament Program Manager Steven Daher, and Golf Shop Assistants Max Kelly, Elle Houston, Hilary Hunter, and Chloe McKergow.

Driving Range and Practice Areas

The Driving Range and Practice Areas are open seven days a week. 

May to July
30 minutes before first tee time to 8:00pm

August
30 minutes before first tee time to 7:00pm

September
30 minutes before first tee time to 6:00pm

October
30 minutes before first tee time to 5:00pm

Please Note: These hours may vary depending on weather and maintenance schedules.

Locker Rooms

The locker rooms are open daily 30 minutes before the first tee time until 30 minutes before sunset. Should you require locker assistance or shoe service and the Steward is not available, please visit the Golf Shop for assistance.

For shoe service, please take your shoes directly to the Steward's room to ensure prompt service, or leave your shoes "toes in" in front of your locker. Please be sure your shoes are properly identified by shoe labels which are available from the Steward's room. If you require a replacement locker key, please be sure to ask the locker room attendant. There is a ten dollar fee to your account for a replacement key.
 

Club Storage and Back Shop Services

Access to club storage and back shop services is available from 30 minutes before the first tee time until the closing of the Golf Shop for the day.
